Terms of use
These terms govern the CueLive website, club workspace, APIs, and CueLive Tablet software. By creating an account, pairing a device, or using a public CueLive page as a club operator, you agree to them.
1. The service
CueLive lets licensed tables publish live scores, match history, public club pages, scoreboard overlays, and optional YouTube broadcasts. We provide software. We do not sell tablets, cameras, or network equipment, and we do not operate your club floor.
Public pages (live board, clubs, matches, players) show information that clubs and players publish by playing. We may change features, limits, or availability as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a contract and keep your login secret. Club access is for invited staff. You are responsible for every action taken with your account, every paired tablet, and every score entered from the tablet or phone remote.
We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is abused, unpaid when payment is required, or used to harm the service or other users.
3. Licenses and billing
Each physical table that goes LIVE needs an active CueLive seat. Club plans are per table. A player plan is for a personal table only. Players at a licensed club table do not pay CueLive to appear on the scoreboard.
Until card checkout through Paddle is live, plans may be activated in-product on the seats you will pay for. When Paddle (or another processor) collects payment, those charges are also subject to that processor’s terms.
If a plan expires or is inactive: match history and the public archive stay; new LIVE matches stay off until a license is active again. We do not promise refunds for unused days unless required by law.
4. Devices, scores, and the room
You must have the right to place cameras and tablets in the room and to show any person or brand that appears on camera. Scores are entered by your staff or your tablet. CueLive is not a referee and does not settle disputes about a rack.
Unpairing is done in the club workspace, not from the Android app. Do not attempt to bypass pairing, licenses, or API limits.
5. Streaming and YouTube
If you connect a YouTube channel, you must have the right to use that channel and to broadcast the camera feed. YouTube’s terms apply to the stream. Consent for YouTube Live is accepted on the tablet before a broadcast starts. Camera video is sent to YouTube; CueLive does not keep a separate video archive on our servers.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- attack, scrape, or overload CueLive APIs or other customers’ data;
- share logins or pairing codes beyond your club staff;
- publish illegal content, or stream people who have not agreed to be shown where the law requires consent;
- misrepresent CueLive as selling hardware, or as guaranteeing YouTube reach;
- use CueLive to run unlicensed gambling or anything else the law forbids in your country.
7. Intellectual property
CueLive, the CueLive marks, the website, and the tablet app are owned by CueLive or our licensors. You keep rights in your club name, logos, and match data you upload. You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to run the service (public pages, overlays, workspace).
8. Public pages and player names
Names, scores, and club details you enter can appear on public CueLive URLs. Do not enter personal data you are not allowed to publish. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
9. Availability and disclaimer
We aim for a working live scoreboard, but Wi-Fi, YouTube, tablets, and the internet can fail. The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, CueLive is not liable for lost matches, lost streams, lost business, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for CueLive in the three months before the claim, or €100 if you have not paid, unless the law says we cannot limit that.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires a different process.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise. Courts in Tirana have jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rules.
