Short answers for owners setting up CueLive for the first time. How it works has the full walkthrough.
What hardware do we buy?
An Android tablet per table, club Wi-Fi, and optionally a UVC camera plus a powered USB hub if you stream. CueLive does not sell that kit.
What happens when a plan expires?
History stays. New LIVE matches stay off until a license is active again. Finished results and the public archive are not deleted.
Do players pay at a club?
No. The club license is per table. A player plan is only for someone running their own personal table.
How do we pay in Albania?
Plans activate in CueLive today. Card checkout through Paddle is next. Until then the product unlocks on the same seats you will pay for.
Can staff score from a phone?
Yes, if they are signed in as club staff. They change the live score. Pause, timeout, and shot clock stay on the tablet.
Who can unpair a tablet?
Only the club workspace. The Android app cannot unpair itself. End a live match on that table first.
Where does the camera video go?
To YouTube, when you start a broadcast and accept consent on the tablet. CueLive does not keep a separate video archive on our servers.
Will there be tournaments or snooker?
Those are later. CueLive today is live pool on licensed tables — scoreboard, stream, overlay, and the public page.
