Cookies
CueLive uses a small set of cookies so you can stay signed in and so the site can work. We do not run advertising pixels on the public pages.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Some are required for login. Others are local settings. You can block cookies in the browser; if you block session cookies, the workspace will not stay signed in.
Cookies we use
Session and authentication
Set by our sign-in provider (Supabase) when you log in with email and password. They keep you signed in to the club workspace and related APIs. They are necessary for the product. Typical lifetime: session or a limited refresh period defined by the auth provider.
Security
CSRF or similar protections may be set on forms and API calls so another site cannot act as you.
What we do not use
We do not drop third-party advertising cookies on CueLive marketing or live pages. We do not sell cookie data. Embedded YouTube (when a match has a video id) is YouTube’s player and follows YouTube’s cookie policy if you play the embed.
Local storage
The tablet app and some workspace screens may keep small local flags (for example so waiter sound can start after a tap). That stays on the device.
Your controls
Use your browser’s cookie settings. Sign out to end the workspace session. For a copy or deletion of account data, see Privacy or email hello@cuelive.com.
